Job Description:

LONGCHAMP CONCESSION MANAGER

You are employed as a Concession Manager and your duties include, but are not limited to the following:

 

The main responsibility of this position is to be fully accountable for the Management of Concession Operations, Customer Service Standards, Sales & Profitability and Team Development. Responsibilities therefore are, but not limited to:

 

Sales

 

  • -To achieve set targets and drive KPIs.
  • -Set appropriate sales strategy monthly
  • -Review performance and take relevant action
  • -Develop VIP list
  • -To supply weekly reports of sales performance and competitor’s figures and local activities

     

    Customer service

     

  • -To consistently provide excellent customer service
  • -Identify customer needs and style accordingly to build multiple sales
  • -Handle all customer queries professionally and efficiently to maintain a long-term relationship
  • -Ensure all customers are aware of the Longchamp mailing list
  • -Communicate Longchamp brand values
  • -Act as a brand Ambassador

     

    Personnel

     

  • -Identify team and individual training needs
  • -Ensure relevant coaching plan is implemented
  • -Review and manage the team performance effectively
  • -Communicate store performance and company news through meetings, notice board, diaries etc..
  • -Forward all 3 month review and annual appraisal forms to Head Office
  • -Forward all holiday sickness and clothing request forms to Head Office upon completion
  • -Adhere to budgeted staffing hours
  • -Send Head Office rotas for the next month by the 15th of the current month (i.e September rota by the 15th of August
  • -Send Head Office attendance sheets for current month by the 15th of the month (send September by September 15th)
  • -Adhere to all company policies and procedures
  • -Ensure compliance to company recruitment policy

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

     

    Marketing and Promotions

     

  • -To create and develop the concession’s mailing list
  • -Monitor and edit the concession list weekly
  • -Plan and implement promotional calendar and events on a seasonal basis in agreement with Head Office guidelines and budget
  • -Develop an external network and maximise all local marketing opportunities
  • -Provide Head Office with host store/centre management marketing activities
  • -Ensure all marketing activities/results are included in your weekly report

     

    Stock Management

     

  • -Control stock losses to <1%
  • -Conduct weekly stock checks
  • -File and log all goods in and transfers in and out
  • -Report discrepancies to Head Office with immediate effect
  • -Prepare and conduct bi-annual stock takes
  • -Maintain high standards and appropriate stock care when transferring to any other location

     

    Visual Merchandising and Standards

     

  • -Ensure the concession’s merchandising guidelines are adhered to
  • -Mannequin displays should correspond to company calendar
  • -Deliveries should be processes and merchandised within 48 hours
  • -Maintain shop floor and back of house standards at all times, including merchandising replenishment and housekeeping
  • -Ensure seasonal Longchamp uniform is worn daily
  • -Ensure a high level of personal appearance and hygiene standards at all times

     

    Health and Safety

     

  • -Comply with company and host store/centre management legal and Health & Safety policies
  • -To report immediately to Head Office any concerns you may have with regard to the environment in which you work
  • -Always work with regard to your own Health & Safety and that of those around you

     

    General Duties

     

  • -Ensure compliance with all legal requirements, especially data protection, financial and personnel information
  • -To action any ad hoc requests by Head Office within the requested time frame.

 

 

You will initially report to the Retail Director.

 

 

Further Information:

Must be flexible for days, evenings and weekends. Hours will be discussed at interview.
