Job Description:

To deliver excellent customer engagement at all times and to the agreed RHS Retail service standard, to maximise sales and achieve agreed budgets. To ensure that all RHS standards are maintained in store at all times.

  • Deliver excellent levels of customer engagement and service at all times, to the agreed RHS Retail service standard, ensuring we share our passion for plants, gifts and gardening with every customer.
  • Achieve our retail income budgets through customer engagement, offering advice and upselling to all customers.
  • Replenish and maintain stock presentation on the sales floor to agreed levels and with inspiring visual display standards.
  • Deliver a memorable and efficient till transaction, which will include an upsell, conversation with the customer and a genuine farewell

Experience

Essential:

  1. Able to deliver targets in a high paced, quality retail environment.
  2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to influence others.

Further Information:

12 hours per week. Mainly evenings and weekends with some flexibility during the week.
 
Additional hours will be available.
