Responsibilities:In the store, together with the team you:
• Initiate contact with the customer
• Interact with visitors and seek every opportunity to increase sales at allcustomer touchpoints enhancing the customer experience
• Combine a Customer First focus with store tasks
• Work actively with additional sales in all touch points such as the cashdesk, fitting room, on the floor and other areas of interaction
• Work actively to reach both store common and individual goals
• Take an active part in developing own skills and performance,contributing to a good working environment
• Cooperates with all colleagues. Gives and receives feedback in aconstructive way
• Act according to Lindex values & steering documents
• Continuously improve working methods within the role
• Seek and share necessary information to reach the best results
