We are looking for an outgoing, creative and adaptable Brand Promoter to work on behalf of a new optical retailer within M&S Kingston. Our mission is to help people see and hear more clearly... It's our number one priority.
We want to increase awareness of our brand, our location and promote positive customer interactions, with an aim to grow our customer base, sight & hearing test numbers and maximise sales opportunities.
Self motivation and strong communication skills are essential. You will plan daily, weekly and monthly promotional and sales initiatives with the Optical Branch Manager and agree on strategies for success. You will also liaise with the wider store on how best to actualise your ideas.
