Duties & Responsibilities-
• Maintain excellent customer service throughout
• Proactively sell our amazing chocolate to customers by demonstrating the products, talking with them politely, confidently and enthusiastically, provide helpful information, and ensure a positive customer experience at all times.
• Produce neat and perfectly presented gift boxes in a timely manner.
• Regularly re-stock the stand throughout the day, and ensure the display counter is hygienically clean, tidy and perfectly presented at all times.
• Proficient with the stand opening up and closing down procedures and end of day cashing up, in accordance with trainer/branch manager guidance and end-of-day checklists.
• Respond positively to both customer and staff issues and complaints, communicate them with the branch manager, and resolve queries and complaints efficiently in a timely manner.
