At Crep Collection Club, our dedicated team of Sales Associate plays a key role in the success of our physical retail stores. We’re on the lookout for passionate individuals with customer-facing experience—ideally, someone who lives and breathes sneaker and streetwear culture (if you're a sneakerhead, even better!).
As a Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of Crep Collection Club, representing our brand with confidence, enthusiasm, and a strong ability to engage with a diverse customer base. Your role will be focused on delivering exceptional customer service, building lasting relationships, and driving sales.
Beyond customer interactions, you’ll collaborate with teams across various areas of the business—including online fulfillment, buying, and marketing—while also handling general operational and stockroom duties to support both our retail and e-commerce stores.
Your Responsibilities
- Work in a fun, dynamic, and creative environment while providing outstanding customer service.
- Actively contribute to daily sales goals and help drive revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to complete daily tasks efficiently.
- Stay up to date with sneaker, streetwear, and accessories trends, sharing your knowledge with customers.
- Demonstrate strong negotiation skills to enhance the shopping experience.
- Support various store operations, including stockroom management and retail displays.
- Operate the till, payment systems, and POS system with confidence.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures at all times.
