ReAlive is an exciting new retail concept at Bluewater Shopping Centre, bringing together physical retail, TikTok Shop and livestream selling all in one space. Hosting up to 15 trending TikTok Shop brands, ReAlive gives customers the chance to shop some of the platform’s most exciting products in person, while also creating engaging live content that brings each brand to life.
The space is more than just a shop, it is a live retail and social commerce hub, with livestreams taking place across all featured brands. This makes ReAlive a fun, fast-paced and highly interactive place to work, especially for someone who loves TikTok, enjoys social media, and wants to be part of a modern retail concept that blends in-store shopping with the digital world.
About the Role
We are looking for confident, energetic and engaging Live Presenters to join the team at ReAlive, Bluewater Shopping Centre. This is a unique role combining livestream hosting, customer interaction and retail support within a fast-paced TikTok Shop environment.
As a Live Presenter, you will be responsible for running and hosting livestreams for a range of featured brands, helping bring products to life on camera and creating an exciting experience for both shoppers in-store and viewers watching on TikTok Live. You will also interact with customers on the shop floor, encourage shoppers to get involved in livestreams, and support the wider retail team when needed.
This role is perfect for someone with a strong personality, confidence on camera, and a real interest in TikTok, live selling, social media and content creation.
Key Responsibilities

Hosting and running TikTok livestreams for featured brands

Presenting products in an engaging, confident and sales-focused way

Interacting with viewers during live streams and keeping energy high throughout

Speaking to shoppers in-store and encouraging them to get involved in livestreams

Bringing customers onto live streams where appropriate to create engaging, interactive content

Building rapport with shoppers and creating a fun, welcoming atmosphere in the space

Assisting on the shop floor when needed

Taking sales payments and supporting customer purchases

Assisting with the opening and closing of the kiosk/store

Supporting shop assistants and the wider team during busy periods

Getting involved in ReAlive social media content outside of livestreams where needed
