Here at Watchfinder we have an exciting opportunity available for a passionate and ambitious Sales Advisor to join our team based at Bluewater Shopping Centre! This customer focussed sales position will see you interacting with customers both in person and via the telephone looking to generate sales whilst providing an outstanding level of service at all times. Adopting a proactive attitude, you will develop your client base, managing the sales process from start to finish, booking appointments and viewings right through to aftercare. Negotiating competitive prices of watches, you will utilise your product knowledge and sales ability in order to secure the best margin possible.

About The Applicant:

What we look for in a Sales Advisor…

  • Passionate about luxury retail and delivering an exceptional service to customers
  • Results driven with experience working in a target driven sales environment (KPI’s)
  • Negotiation skills desirable however this is a skill that we can train for candidates that demonstrate the right attitude towards personal development
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt to different customers and their needs
  • Ability to take in technical information with a willingness to learn about our products
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to prioritise own workload 
  • The consummate team player who will put team success ahead of personal gain
