The Role:

As a Sales Assistant/Brand Ambassador, you'll be the face of Just Bee at our vibrant marketing kiosk at Bluewater Shopping Centre.

Your role will be filled with exciting opportunities:

• Kiosk Wizardry: Open and close the kiosk, ensuring it's ready to shine for our customers
• Team Player: Work both independently and alongside colleagues, creating a positive and productive atmosphere
• Customer Engagement: Approach shoppers, strike up friendly conversations, and introduce them to our delicious honey products
• Product Sampling: Let customers taste the goodness of Just Bee, turning them into fans with every sip
• Salesmanship: Persuade customers to make purchases and handle payments with a smile
• Email Enthusiast: Capture customer email addresses to keep them in the loop about our sweet deals

Skills and Experience:

• Hit Targets ! Top sellers will always be prioritised for more shifts

Previous experience in retail sales or promotion is a Must..

Sales Assistant/Brand Ambassador Salary:

• Hours: Flexible Work:  6-8 hour days - Anywhere from 3-7 shifts per week depending on your availability - this will encompass weekdays and weekend days with some evenings. All depending on store opening times. usually the store is open between the hours of 10am-10pm .
• Basic Rate: £12.85 per hour + plus earn sweet commissions on every pot of honey sold with the basic rate raising to £13.45 with experience and targets achieved.

Locations:

Must live local enough and or have easy access to commute.
