ABOUT THE ROLE

Ever wanted to wear your pyjamas to work?
Now’s your chance to join the Peter Alexander team this summer and bring sleepwear dreams to life!

We’re on the lookout for Summer Temp Sales Assistants to join our team in Bluewater, Kent from June to August.

You’ll be on a minimum 5-hour contract, with plenty of opportunities for overtime during busy trade.
Weekend and evening availability is essential, as our peak shopping times fall across these hours.

There’s also potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a genuine and memorable customer experience in line with the Peter Alexander brand
• Work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets and store goals
• Assist with stock management, processing, and replenishment
• Support the team with visual merchandising and promotional changes
• Help maintain store standards, ensuring a welcoming and organised environment
• Follow company policies to minimise stock loss

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
To succeed in this role, you will:

• Be confident and proactive in engaging with customers
• Have a strong customer focus and a passion for creating a fun shopping experience
• Work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Show a keen eye for detail in stock and visual merchandising
• Be reliable, enthusiastic, and ready to learn
