Peter Alexander - Part Time Temporary Sales Assistant (10 hours)

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re on the lookout for Temporary Sales Assistants to join our team in Bluewater, from September to January.

We’re looking for fun, creative, and service-focused individuals who embody the spirit of Peter Alexander. Our ideal candidates are team players who thrive in fast-paced retail environments, with a passion for customer satisfaction and visual merchandising. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine desire to deliver memorable service are a must.

You’ll be on a minimum 10-hour contract, with plenty of opportunities for overtime during busy trade. Weekend and evening availability is essential, as our peak shopping times fall across these hours. We require availability across key trading dates such as Black Friday Week, Christmas Eve, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day, as these are some of our busiest and most exciting times in store.

There’s also potential for the role to become permanent for the right candidate!

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide a genuine and memorable customer experience in line with the Peter Alexander brand
• Work collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets and store goals
• Assist with stock management, processing, and replenishment
• Support the team with visual merchandising and promotional changes
• Help maintain store standards, ensuring a welcoming and organised environment
• Follow company policies to minimise stock loss
