Charlton FC - Part Time Temporary Supervisor

As one of our Retail Sales Assistants your duties will include

• *Carrying out customer consultations to provide the best advice and products
• *Handling customer questions and complaints
• *Processing sales
• *Accepting stock deliveries and stock counts
• *Assisting customers with their purchases
• *Restocking merchandise
• *Maintaining a clean and organized store
• *Supporting the Site Manager e.g., Key Handling, manning site 

Skills and Experience we are looking for

Supervisory experience would be beneficial

*Ability to engage with customers, understand their needs and to provide exceptional levels of service

*enhance listening skills

*capable of maximising opportunities to up-sell and cross-sell

*comfortable with change and able to adapt quickly
